Returns & Refund Instructions
If you wish to return an item to Jakoda.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of delivery. Safely pack the items in the original packaging. All products must be returned in good condition. If the product received is damaged, please contact our customer service.

Shipping Back Your Return
Shipments must be pre-dispatched using a traceable method such as USPS or insured mail.
Please note: Customers are not charged a return fee. Shipping and handling fees are reimbursed. We do not accept cash on delivery. You must provide a valid tracking number when submitting the return form for your return to be processed successfully.
Regular products can be returned for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Return Confirmation & Refund Timing
Once our fulfillment center receives and confirms your return (usually within 72 hours), you’ll get an email confirming your return is complete. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued within 7 days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days to return it in unused and excellent condition. There is no restocking fee. Please contact us first at Contact@jakoda.com to receive return instructions.
Exchanges
To exchange a product, contact us at Contact@jakoda.com and we will process the exchange. No restocking fee applies.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, email us at Contact@jakoda.com with photos. You do not need to return the item — we’ll immediately send a replacement.
Wrong or Misdescribed Product
If your order is incorrect or not as described, contact us at Contact@jakoda.com with photos. We’ll provide a return shipping label, and once we receive tracking, we’ll ship a replacement.
Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are accepted.
Canceling an Order
We typically ship orders immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel it, but cannot guarantee it. You may still return the order after receiving it.
Note: All refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account. We genuinely strive to keep our customers satisfied.
