Wholesale Policies

You (“the retailer”) must have a physical shop (with or without an online store) OR be an established online-only seller to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of Jakoda goods. Selling on third-party platforms (such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon) and purchasing for personal use are strictly prohibited.

All wholesale buyers are vetted to ensure compatibility and verify that your shop is a legitimate business. Jakoda reserves the right to deny any application or decline orders at any time, even after approval.

By making wholesale purchases from Jakoda, retailers agree to the terms and policies outlined here.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are available only to approved retailers intending to resell items online or in-store. Promotional or volume orders do not qualify for wholesale pricing but may be eligible for a custom discount — please inquire.

Additional Discounts

Since wholesale pricing already includes significant discounts, no additional discounts will apply unless specifically offered during promotions or under contract agreements. Orders using unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.

Free shipping is available for all Jakoda products purchased directly from our website.

Fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days after payment, unless otherwise stated.

We accept bulk sales to B2B accounts and wholesalers.

If your order was placed through a distributor such as Jakoda, please follow their return protocols and contact them for assistance.

Damaged Items

All items are quality checked before shipping. Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. Contact us within 5 days if there are any issues with your order.
