Replacement & Warranty Policy

If the customer is entitled to a replacement product, Jakoda will provide a product that is identical or of similar value. If the product is not available, Jakoda may issue a refund or repair the item within a reasonable time. Refund and repair rights apply to the replacement product just as they did to the original.
